Transfer of data Upon request we are happy to provide you with a CD-Rom. |

Individual adaption of the maps Official hotels, congress venues etc. can be included in the maps by the customer. All maps can be opened and edited by using standard photo software (Photoshop, Corel Draw...). |

Copyright reference If you use the maps free of charge, the copyright reference "© FREYTAG-BERNDT u. ARTARIA KG, 1230 VIENNA, AUSTRIA, EUROPE" must be included |

Procedure If you want to use our city maps please send a short email. Upon approval we will pass your request on to Freytag & Berndt, they will send you the maps directly. If you use the city maps for the printed program, please be so kind to let us know how many copies you will print and send us two copies for our reference. If you use the city maps for your website, please advise us on the website address. |
